Shipping Policy
At Dailuxe we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Where We Ship We currently ship to all countries across Europe including all European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and the Balkans.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Western Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Austria, Switzerland) — 12 to 20 days
- Southern & Northern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland) — 14 to 25 days
- Eastern & Balkan Europe (Romania, Hungary, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and surrounding countries) — 15 to 30 days

Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch email.
Customs & Import Duties Dailuxe ships internationally and some orders may be subject to customs inspections or import duties depending on your country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window please contact us at danielstoyanov414@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement for any order confirmed as lost.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dailuxe is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error contact us at danielstoyanov414@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it.
