No Physical Returns Due to the international nature of our supply chain, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we offer full refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or missing items. When You Are Eligible For a Refund
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order never arrived within the stated delivery window
When You Are Not Eligible For a Refund
- You changed your mind after the order was placed
- The delivery address provided was incorrect
- The item was damaged due to misuse after delivery
How To Request a Refund
- Email us at danielstoyanov414@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours your order will have already been processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your card provider as processing times vary. If you still have an issue contact us at danielstoyanov414@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.
